Job Title: Instructional Designer

Location: San Francisco, CA 94102 (Onsite)

Duration: 4-6 months contract (with possible extension)

JOB DUTIES:

The Analyst will support the JRTA unit as well as the CARE unit more broadly. Position duties and responsibilities include:

(1) Drafting curriculum, resources including fact sheets and bench guides, and tools for judges and attorneys in fulfillment of the CFSR PIP goals;

(2) Update online content on JCART to fulfill CFSR PIP goals;

(3) preparing webinars for judicial partners on PIP strategies;

(4)attending meetings with CDSS offices including with the Learning and Evaluation Bureau, the Office of Tribal Affairs regarding the Tribal Dependency Representation Program, as well as the other CDSS CFSR bureaus involved in PIP implementation; and

(5) working with web services to ensure that training and resources prepared reach all relevant stakeholders.

Desirable experience and skills include:

• Knowledge of adult education, online education, and/or podcasts preferred.
