Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Peoria, IL, for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in harness design, cable/wire routing, and working with advanced instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and troubleshoot harnesses and cable/wire routing .
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on various circuits and components.
• Conduct testing of components using advanced tools such as voltmeters, scopes, metrology tools , and data collection devices .
• Understand and analyze complex wiring circuits for test equipment and machinery.
• Interpret technical prints and create databases with transmission parameters.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).

Master’s degree or higher considered with applicable project/internship experience (durations must be listed on resume).

• Experience:

2-4 years of experience in electrical engineering.

Proven skills in electrical troubleshooting and testing.

Hands-on experience with harness installation and best practices.

• Desired Qualifications:

Background in testing heavy equipment , industrial machinery , or automotive systems .

Familiarity with instrumentation like voltmeters, scopes, and data collection devices.
