• W2 Contract, 12 months

• This position is hybrid with Tuesday - Thursday in office in either Edison Place, NCRO, or Mays Landing.

Overview

• Our client is seeking a Transmission Corrective Maintenance Financial Analyst to manage and analyze costs related to transmission corrective maintenance activities.

• The analyst will be responsible for creating and tracking ITNs and EPS IDs, validating cost data, and generating reports within various systems. This role involves close collaboration with project sponsors and participation in the Long Range Plan (LRP) process. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and experience with project accounting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Create ITNs and EPS IDs

• Follow up with sponsors on ITN and budget project ID gaps

• Validate and update cost data for PAR reporting within OPPM

• Enter EPS project IDs in OPPM & WPT

• Create PAR 2 and PAR 3 forms and authorization forecasts within WPT

• Update PAR 2 and PAR 3 authorization decks with cost data from WPT

• Process checkbook packages

• Participate in the Long Range Plan (LRP) process

• Prepare account correction forms

• Process close forms

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of experience.

• Experience with ITNs and EPS IDs

• Experience with project closing and forecasting

• Experience with account corrections and accruals

• Financial acumen

• Organizational skills

• Strong email communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
