Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in public procurement, with a preference for experience in public utility sectors.
• Expertise in facilitating and managing bidding processes, ensuring compliance with procurement laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and procurement documents for construction projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of the procurement process for construction contracts, especially in the context of water and sewer pipeline projects.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle P2P, strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public procurement, with a strong preference for experience within a public utility setting.
