Senior Product Manager
W2 long term contract with potential to extend and convert FTE
3 days onsite in Corte Madera, California
Our client is looking for Senior Product Manager responsible for the overall success of digital systems & tools of the ecommerce platform. This role will be responsible for managing the digital product's lifecycle from development to product launch. This person will need to understand and respond to client & business stakeholder needs and wants in addition to being able to convert those into digital product requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop and execute a strategic vision for how new and existing enterprise platforms integrate and create efficiencies
? Build and maintain a product roadmap so leaders and business partners have visibility into active and upcoming projects
? Run workshops with stakeholders to define needs, goals, and objectives that will become action items and scope for upcoming work to better the overall experience
? Ensure that we have the right inputs and requirements to execute the many tracks of work seamlessly, working across organizational groups to achieve a greater vision
? Write technical requirements with inputs from business and creative partners so we build (or buy and integrate) the right strategic solutions
? Lead from Digital Product side transition to new web merchandising & CMS platform
? Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing products
? Run assigned roadmap projects so that we build the right parts of the experience at the right time, bringing in partners at points along the journey to consult, test, and approve progress.
? Continuously liaise with business stakeholders and the technology team to make sure the product is delivered on time.
? Measure, learn from, and share outcomes from enhancements and project launches to optimize outcomes of upcoming work, informing future product strategy and/or road-mapping efforts.
? Maintain key partnership with Web Merchandising, Web Operations, and Web Asset Management Teams.

REQUIREMENTS
? A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred
? Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management with back-end enterprise platforms, tools, or systems
? Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
? Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
? Background with Merchandising Tools or previous technical experience preferred
? Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
? Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy
? Efficient at running meetings, sharing notes, aligning large groups on scope of work
? Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders
? Specific platform experience preferred: Search (Fusion, Algolia, Search.io), Adobe (AEM, Target), PLM, ePIM, Galaxy, BCC, ATG, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, CRM), CommerceTools, Adyen
? Flexibility to adapt to and work within project management and creative tools like JIRA, Monday, Figma, Smartsheets, etc.
? Experience in a monolithic technology platform transition to headless architecture preferred.
? Able to manage ambiguity and flexible processes across a large organization of diverse stakeholders
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70 to $80/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
