Our client, a well-established RIA wealth management firm, is seeking a VP of Finance to oversee the firm’s financial operations. This role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, as well as preparing for and working with external auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 5+ years of finance experience, with a focus on asset or wealth management
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
