Your Role:
As a Client Services Associate , you will provide critical support across multiple Operations teams, ensuring smooth processes related to Investment Management, Banking, and Loan products. From account openings to reconciliations, your contributions will ensure that client accounts are managed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and review sensitive client information across multiple systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage documents through scanning, filing, and maintaining vaults, ensuring all records are secure and well-organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, proxies, loan documentation, and client communications, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Assist in various projects that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
