Prestigious REIT targeting a Finance Manager to join growing team!

Must be a current SFA or FM with a real estate organization performing real estate FP&A.

Strong compensation up to 160k + bonus + upward mobility

DUTIES:

• Perform fund or investment-level performance calculations for internal and third-party reporting, ensuring compliance with GIPS and/or NACREIF standards.

• Maintain an ongoing REIT capital forecast.

• Develop performance models and forecasts for both evergreen and closed-end fund strategies.

• Prepare internal investment waterfall calculations for individual joint ventures and overall Fund performance.

• Contribute to the creation and development of KPI reporting
