Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and inspiring high performance.
- Ensure successful project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and validate project scope, budget, and services during the marketing and contract development process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with project teams through meetings, memos, and updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and team members, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Utilize project management tools to oversee project plans, resources, schedules, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in marketing efforts and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate on staffing resources with the operations team.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of junior staff members.
