Job Title: Energy Efficiency Associate

Location-Type: Hybrid in Westwood, MA

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: 12+ month contract with opportunity and intent to hire

Rate: $30-41/hr W-2

Job Description:

Support Energy Efficiency Consultants in the Commercial sector with project intake, system initiation, data analysis, and customer support related to energy efficiency programs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support project management tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Pull reports, analyze energy usage data, and provide insights.
• Engage in relationship-building with external customers and collaborate internally with engineers and account managers.
• Provide administrative and operational support for energy efficiency incentive programs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred) for data tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Passion for combating climate change through decarbonization
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience with some career exposure to energy efficiency (residential or commercial), sustainability or renewables
• Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a support role and make oneself indispensable.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Mass Save incentive programs.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Background in sustainability, renewables, or decarbonization.
