Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
• Product quality experience including: Knowledge of quality control methodologies, Quality management systems (ISO/Deming), Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma

• Experience facilitating productivity, improvement, &/or quality defect reduction projects with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality regulations & industry standards
• Previous experience in manufacturing

Day to Day / Responsibilities:

Insight Global is searching for a quality engineer to join a manufacturing client in Muskogee, OK. In this role, you would be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring product performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Other key aspects of this role include: conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborating with sales and production teams to resolve quality issues, maintaining documentation and records of quality control activities, and ensuring all processes meet the required standards and contribute to the overall quality of the products.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
