Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Entry) – Regulatory Affairs

Location: West Chesterfield, MO 63017 (Hybrid)

Duration: 5 Months (Potential extension to 11 months based on performance)

Pay Range: $32/hr. - $36/hr. on W2 (without benefits)

Responsibilities:

• Manage state regulatory activities for crop protection products, including FIFRA Sections 3, 24(c), 2(ee), 18, and 5.
• Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding submissions, approvals, and renewals.
• Maintain and update regulatory databases and internal tracking systems.
• Scan and electronically file regulatory mail and supporting documents.
• Track and process payments for state registration fees, including new product registration, annual renewals, and tonnage fees.
• Review product labels for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret and evaluate federal and state registration requirements to maintain compliance.
• Provide regulatory support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries.
• File and distribute regulatory documents as required.
• Perform other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in science, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with document comparison tools is a plus.
