Key Responsibilities

• Develop flight control algorithms, navigation systems, and state estimation models .
• Work on aircraft flight dynamics modeling and system identification .
• Implement real-time control software using MATLAB, Simulink, C, and C++.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate systems .
• Analyze flight test data to improve aircraft performance and safety.

What You Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of experience in GNC engineering, ideally in aviation.
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong skills in MATLAB, Simulink, C, and C++ .
• Experience in flight dynamics, control systems, and system integration .

Preferred Experience

• Background in Git, system identification, wind tunnel testing, or embedded systems .
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java .
• Passion for aviation, RC planes, or autonomous flight technology.
