Sales Development and Client Relations
Help expand a new company division by identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
Build relationships with both construction professionals and homeowners.
Close sales with a strong “hunter” and “closer” approach, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Construction Knowledge
Review construction blueprints and communicate the value of products effectively to clients.
Navigate construction procedures to align with client needs and project timelines.
Market Insights and Strategy
Identify potential clients and develop customized sales strategies.
Present products and services in a manner that resonates with clients.
Customer-Centric Approach
Deliver exceptional service by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
Adapt communication style to effectively engage with both construction workers and homeowners.
Teamwork and Growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends.
Sales Process Management
Manage long sales cycles (8+ months) with dedication and detail.
Prepare proposals and track sales activities accurately.
Technology and Tools
Use technology, including Apple products, to enhance the sales process.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage data and generate reports.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in inside or outside sales.
3+ years of experience in construction product sales.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
Comfortable with technology; Apple product experience is a plus.
Strong “hunter” and “closer” mentality.
Experience in selling construction products to high-end single-family homes.
Comfortable working with both construction professionals and homeowners.
Willing to learn and grow professionally.
Familiar with construction timelines and processes.
Valid driver’s license and flexible availability required.
