Morrow-Meadows Corporation is accepting applications for a detail-oriented and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting business development, ensuring compliance, and managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate proposals, manage prequalifications, maintain compliance software, and oversee administrative functions to support company operations.
Responsibilities:
Proposal and Prequalification Support:
- Support Estimating team with preparing, compiling, and creating responses to Request for Proposals including, but not limited to, the creation of creation of organizational charts, review and proofreading of narratives and project references.
- Participate in team meetings, organize deliverables and follow-up to ensure timely submission to clients.
- Coordinate prequalification submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Assist with PowerPoint template updates.
Compliance and Certifications:
- Maintain, update, and track annual cost compliance software systems (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Compass).
- Manage various city, county, and federal certifications (e.g., LBE,WBE, SAM.gov updates).
Software and Tools Management:
- Salesforce coordination, including, but not limited to, monthly financial uploads, developing and managing tools and reports in Salesforce and Tableau.
- Liaise between internal teams and external Salesforce partners, including assisting with internal user troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain tools in Tableau.
- Ensure proper invoicing, route for approval, and track annual costs of software tools.
- Create new bids in Procore.
Special Projects:
Assist with various special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by manager, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in proposal management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Tableau, and Procore.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- High attention to detail required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment required.
- Familiarity with compliance platforms like ISNetworld and Avetta.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven ability to write and edit project summaries, resumes of project personnel, and other supporting information.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
