As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and client relationship management. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and building a robust sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through research and networking.
  • Both inside existing industries and prospecting into new markets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and prioritize leads.
  • Recording activities for future contacts.


Client Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Assist with setting up presentations and demonstrations to showcase solutions.


Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and quotes.
  • Attend presentations when strategically beneficial (10- 15% Travel).


Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical information related to process diagnostics.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is a strong benefit.
