? Position Summary:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in scaling our sales organization while contributing directly to revenue growth. Early in your tenure, you will be expected to lead by example, driving deals and establishing a technical understanding of our product's value proposition.


You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable sales infrastructure, including advanced playbooks, process automation, and team enablement tools. Additionally, you will work with marketing to refine lead-generation pipelines and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align our offerings with market demands.


? Key Responsibilities:

  • implement scalable sales systems, leveraging technology and data to optimize lead-to-close conversion rates
  • Directly engage in high-value sales opportunities, demonstrating a technical and consultative selling approach
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives (AEs) to build a high-performing, data-driven sales team
  • Develop compensation models, territory strategies, and sales enablement resources to maximize team productivity
  • Partner with marketing to optimize demand generation, lead scoring, and campaign analytics
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring user feedback informs product roadmaps and prioritizations


? Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales , with a proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • 2+ years in sales leadership , with experience scaling and managing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling to SMB customers, with a technical understanding of product positioning and value-based selling
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven pipeline management and performance metrics
  • Exceptional forecasting abilities using tools and frameworks to predict revenue outcomes accurately


? Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with no-code platforms , workflow automation tools, or integration ecosystems
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven technologies and their application in B2B environments
  • Proven track record working in high-growth startups with scalable operational frameworks
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Proficiency in leveraging sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, automation platforms) to streamline workflows
