We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Account Executive to drive growth through strategic client engagement, pipeline development, and solution-based selling. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of technology solutions to develop long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads.
Solution Selling
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and technology requirements.
- Present and demonstrate tailored solutions that align with client goals and deliver measurable value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a consultative approach.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and insights into industry trends and best practices.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless onboarding and post-sale support in collaboration with account management and delivery teams.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Partner with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and customer success) to align on client needs and deliver outstanding solutions.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales, account management, or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in pipeline development and solution-based selling.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related domains).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
