What You'll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a mid-to-large sales team, pushing performance to exceed quotas and driving profitable sales growth.
- Recruit & Develop: Build and mentor a top-performing team of sales reps, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed weekly targets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership to unlock new local and regional opportunities, positioning our company as a leader in the market.
- Drive Sales: Lead from the front by prospecting, setting appointments, presenting our powerful value proposition, and closing deals that fuel growth.

What You Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a proven track record in business-to-business sales (minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience focused on generating new accounts).
- 3+ years of sales management experience with a hands-on approach to coaching and developing teams using account management techniques.
- A strong background in consultative selling, with a focus on building lasting relationships and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (like Salesforce), and sales performance tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel, including some overnight stays.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks.
