Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for  sales, enabling them to effectively collaborate with team members and deliver exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Build a network of sources and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective lead generation, communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer engagement.
• Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Be a team player, understand that what goes around comes around, and look for opportunities to support your co-workers and sales group.
• Work company sponsored events and trade shows.

Position Requirements

• Ability to lift and set up ladder against roof. 
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs while adhering to SPR and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record. 
• Self-motivated and competitive with the ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Thrive in a sales environment and have strong negotiation skills.
• Possess organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results. 
• Proficient with technology and the ability to learn new software. 
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
