Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work with a variety of personalities
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for the customer; finding the correct product to suit their needs
• Must be able to start a project and follow through the sale; working with the contractor, plumber, or homeowner to completion
• Self-starter; willing to work independently; know what needs to be done in the showroom without direction at times
• Overall general positive attitude
• Must use the company ERP system to research product, pricing, and availability based on customer needs
• Enter sales orders
• Communicate with vendors
