Position Overview :

The Sales Account Executive at Mobilization Funding II (MF) plays a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating high-quality leads that convert into valuable loan opportunities. This role requires close alignment with the company’s marketing strategy, loan product offerings, and core values. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships, building strategic networks with industry professionals and organizations, and actively contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives. With a focus on long-term customer success, the Sales Account Executive drives customer retention and maximizes lifetime value, ensuring lasting partnerships and sustainable growth for MF.


Key Responsibilities :

·     Sell and Manage Inbound Leads from the Marketing Department

Efficiently handle and convert inbound leads generated by the marketing team into high-value loan opportunities. Engage with prospects promptly, assess their needs, and tailor product offerings to drive conversions while maintaining a customer-first approach.

·     Input and Manage Salesforce Platform Data

Ensure all inbound leads, customer interactions, and sales activities are accurately tracked and updated in the Salesforce platform. Maintain detailed records of customer information, deal progress, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless communication and reporting within the team.

·     Conduct Introductory Calls to Qualify and Validate Leads

Lead initial calls with potential clients to thoroughly qualify their needs, validate the potential for a loan opportunity, and position the company’s offerings as the best solution. Establish rapport and trust while assessing customer requirements and financials.

·     Manage the First Stage of the Underwriting Process

Facilitate the initial underwriting process by gathering essential documentation and performing preliminary assessments of the client's financial situation. Guide clients through the required steps to retrieve and submit the necessary documents to ensure smooth progression to the next stages of approval.

·     Generate Your Own Leads via Social Media, Industry Events, and Personal Branding

Proactively develop new business by leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), attending industry conferences, and building a strong personal brand within the financial services community. Establish thought leadership, engage with potential clients, and network to continuously generate new lead opportunities.

·     Walk Through Cash Flow Analysis with Customers

Work closely with clients to analyze their cash flow and financial statements. Provide expert guidance on how MF’s loan products can meet their specific financial needs, explaining the terms and implications of each loan option in simple, understandable language.

·     Follow Up with Warm Leads to Drive Conversion

Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads to nurture relationships, address any concerns, and move them further along the sales funnel. Use strategic follow-ups to convert qualified leads into closed deals, ensuring that no opportunity is left behind.

·     Collaborate with Internal Teams for Deal Closing

Partner with internal underwriting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to deal closing. Provide feedback on lead quality, share insights from customer interactions, and help streamline processes for efficiency.

·     Track and Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs

Regularly track and report on sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and pipeline progression, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

·     Maintain Strong Knowledge of Loan Products and Market Trends

Stay informed on the full suite of MF’s loan products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to effectively position MF’s products in the market, anticipate customer needs, and communicate clear value propositions to prospects.

·     Provide Exceptional Customer Service and Retention

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that meet long-term client goals. Actively seek opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, resolve any issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction for ongoing retention and repeat business.

·     Develop and Execute Sales Strategies to Increase Market Share

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute strategies aimed at expanding MF’s presence in the market. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, industry niches, and geographic regions to drive company growth.

·     Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting

Effectively manage your sales pipeline by accurately forecasting deal closure timelines and maintaining transparency on expected revenue. Continuously monitor and prioritize opportunities to ensure the sales funnel remains full and opportunities are maximized.

 

Qualifications :

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

·      3-5 years business to business sales experience preferred.

·      Experience and/or familiarity in commercial construction and project management.

·      Strong time management and organizational skills.

·      Exceptional computer skills - Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·      Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

·      Experience using Salesforce.
