Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join the Conway team. This growth-oriented role combines marketing initiatives and business development responsibilities, suitable for professionals who are passionate about building and fostering strong client relationships. The position offers comprehensive exposure to investment services, marketing, and client relationship management, with significant opportunities for professional advancement. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives, strong communication skills, sales and marketing strategies, and a desire to learn and grow in the alternative investment management business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development initiatives to expand Conway's market presence, with a focus on digital platforms and client relationships
- Create and manage engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, website, and client communications, while maintaining brand consistency
- Track and organize communications with fund managers and clients using our CRM system, ensuring effective relationship management
- Support lead generation efforts through market research, data analysis, and strategic outreach programs
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, webinars, and industry networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Help create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients, highlighting Conway's value proposition
- Support the testing and implementation of new software initiatives that enhance our client experience
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and business development activities, preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness
- Support monthly operational processes and assist with team projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products (preferred)
- Experience with financial software or databases (preferred)

Compensation
- Annual Salary Range = Commensurate with experience
