Krimson Klover is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our passionate and entrepreneurial team.
This position will assist with wholesale and direct sales.This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills. A love of apparel, the fashion, ski & outdoor industry a must. Ability to provide excellent customer service to online customers and retail partners. Ability to execute strategies to elevate the brand and support goals across channels – including wholesale and ecommerce.

Direct Sales Responsibilities
· Provide an excellent customer experience for online customers.
· Manage customer questions and support via phone and email.
· Facilitate product returns and exchanges
· Work with QuickBooks, NuOrder, Shopify and Excel
· Analyze and prepare summary reports for all online customer support communications
Wholesale / Sales Responsibilities
· Assist Director of Sales in coordinating & attending tradeshows, sales meetings, warehouse sales, marketing & pop-up events
· Assist in wholesale order processing and returns
· Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to prioritize shipments and update status of inventory/orders available to ship throughout season
· Report inventory levels weekly – send weekly ATS to all reps
· Support in communication with retail partners and sales representatives
· Occasional travel required for trade shows, dealer clinics and special events.
· Management of Seasonal Salesman Samples (SMS)
· Tracking Receiving, Documenting all variances of SMS
· Shipping of SMS to sales reps
· Creating invoices for sales reps in QuickBooks with accurate costs / terms.
· Maintain accurate sample inventory with visibility
· Develop check out / check in procedure for in-house samples
· Adjust and close purchase orders for all completed shipments – PD, Marketing invoices.
· Organize and manage seasonal sample sales
· Manage and maintain promo and swag
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Well-organized with an aptitude in problem solving
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
· Logistic experience a plus

This role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado in Krimson Klover offices. (this role is not remote). Relocation is not provided.
Salary range $50-55K annually based on experience.
