Join our client's designer jewelry team as a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate and be a key player in achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals! Build lasting client relationships, ensure smooth boutique operations, and contribute to our success.

Daily Responsibilities

- Follow security and operational policies

- Drive sales through various support functions

- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Collect customer data for relationship building - Enhance visual merchandising and store presentation

- Execute efficient check-out/in processes

- Collaborate with the team for seamless operations and customer satisfaction

- Pack and ship orders as needed

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven sales achievements and strong customer relationship skills

- Eligible to work in the U.S.

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Must have experience within luxury jewelry or watch retail sales experience

- 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience

Personal Skills/Abilities

- Additional language skills are a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Excellent customer service orientation

- Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking

- Self-motivated team player
