Our client is a well-known law firm in Manhattan. This role will be a hybrid out of the Manhattan office. Please note, candidates without law firm experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate and provide vision and leadership in the development and execution of departmental long- and short-term goals and agency strategic plan
- Oversee delivery of day-to-day learning and development offerings and ensure aligned with department goals and agency strategic plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs to ensure they meet the needs of team members, strategic organization priorities, and stakeholders
- Partner with the HR team to strategically respond to initiatives and analytics requests
- Ensure consistent, high-quality internal and external communications highlighting learning and development opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in attorney training and professional development at a law firm
- Experience at a law firm is required
- AM Law 100 experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Please note, this role will not be focused on CLE.
The annual base salary range is $100k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
