Salary: $45,000 + uncapped commission

As the 6th largest recruitment firm in the U.S, we are seeking driven, results-oriented individuals to join our Chicago office as a Recruitment Consultant for our Legal & Regulatory brand . You'll work with a diverse range of companies across various industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and secure the best talent.

Our 4-week training program, followed by personalized one-on-one coaching, helps you build a strong foundation in recruitment. Ongoing training is also provided to continue developing our skills, no matter what level you are in the business.
Role of a Recruitment Consultant
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Candidate Generation: Identify top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from the first interview to negotiating offers and closing placements
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients and candidates with valuable
