Schedule: Full time, Monday: 8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm, Tuesday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm OR 9:30am-6pm
Compensation: $22-25/hr+ (Rate is dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in scheduled reservations, or a solution/next step to address their need.
- Perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue services, and any additional outbound calls requested by management.
- Work within MS Office Suite, internal company systems, and online often having multiple applications open at once to quickly address client needs and research as necessary for solutions.
- Master internal product education which requires attentive training presence and a focus on continuous education to best serve client base.
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years’ experience working in a client service environment.
- Experience working in hospitality, education, or healthcare environments a plus!
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
- Able to multitask across multiple systems and software.
- Strong typing skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience working within MS Office Suite.
- Product knowledge and a desire to support business demand. This role is a key player to supporting the flow of the business.
- A focus on digital. Call based environment but also very high digital presence with clients
- Comfortable meeting performance metrics as it relates to customer support/service requests
