Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues, providing timely solutions and troubleshooting.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Document customer interactions, ensuring all details are captured in the company's CRM system.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Resolve complaints, concerns, or disputes with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
