We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to become part of our exceptional team!

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team on implementing strategic plan initiatives and activities
• Design marketing communications collateral and sales tools
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Manage company website and social media
• Direct customer engagement programs including event planning, promotion, registration, and hospitality
• Manage customer training records
• Maintain clean sales and marketing data in CRM system

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
• Content creation and copywriting expertise
• Familiarity with SEO and CMS tools
• Graphic design, photography and video production skills a plus
• Experience working with data analytics a plus

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing communications or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using ERP or CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI a plus
