Our client is a fun and quickly growing consumer goods brand. This person will own the marketing side of the business from the top down, and report into executive leadership. This is a newly created role, with HEAVY growth potential!
Director Marketing and Social Media (on site):
- Located near Norwalk (must be willing to be on site)
- Must have experience in the food marketing industry!
- Must have experience working in consumer/hard goods
- Will spearhead the creation of unique go-to-market strategies
- Will build, develop, and manage the marketing calendar, and manage all marketing-related external agency relationships
- Must have experience overseeing all segments of marketing including social, budgeting, brand management, and so on
- Will manage a small existing team already in place
- Must be hands on at every level and enjoy being granular
- Will have HEAVY creative control on all aspects of marketing
- Base salary likely to be $130k-$155k + bonus + benefits
