Della Fattoria is looking for full time pastry cooks. We are a fast paced bakery and restaurant located in downtown Petaluma. Basic knowledge required of the following: cookies, quick breads, yeasted breads, cold case desserts, using and operating bakery equipment, ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for long periods of time.
