Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located in Peachtree City GA is looking for a Supplier / Customer Quality Engineer (CQE/SQE)

• Handle customer complaints independently, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Initiate and collaborate on the processing of internal deviations to maintain quality standards.
• Manage change requests autonomously, ensuring smooth implementation and communication.
• Conduct independent risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Participate in audits to support compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation of new projects as needed, adhering to defined specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ Year CQE or SQE experience working in a plant manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, including product and process workflows.
• Experience working under established Quality Systems (i.e. ISO 9001)
• Extensive experience in customer relationship management within a technical environment
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis methodologies (i.e. 8D’s 5 Whys etc.)
• Lean, Six Sigma and FMEA experience is a plus.
• Problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g. 8Ds, 5 Whys, Fishbone analysis)
