We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Process Engineer to join our client's team in Sussex County, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering, come out of plastics or rubber manufacturing, and a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving. This role involves working on the floor, troubleshooting various processes such as injection molding, compression molding, grinding, metal turning, and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Implement and maintain ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Take initiative to learn and improve processes independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with ISO9001 is required; AS9100 experience is preferred.
• US Citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations.
• Hands-on engineering experience is essential.
• A background in rubber or plastics engineering
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
