LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our client's team. This role involves planning, designing, and overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of casting equipment. The engineer will also be responsible for developing and refining processes to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and maintain mechanical products and systems.
• Develop and test alternative designs and processing methods.
• Diagnose equipment failures and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance tests on equipment and systems.
• Recommend design changes to improve machine performance.
• Oversee the installation and operation of machinery to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement procedures and resolve technical issues.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Utilize CAD software for design and drafting.
• Provide feedback to design teams based on customer needs and issues.
• Evaluate customer design proposals and specifications for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Specify and modify system components to meet design and performance standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of production, including method selection and product fabrication.
• Supervise production staff, including technicians and engineers.
• Establish maintenance and safety protocols, and manage material supplies.
• Analyze industrial processes to identify equipment applications.
• Write performance requirements for engineering projects.
• Achieve health and safety goals as outlined in company plans.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Willingness to undergo training if necessary.
