• Salary: $75,000–$80,000 (DOE)
• Working hours : 3 PM – 11 PM (Second Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Testing & Documentation: Develop and manage testing processes, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with industry standards (CRSI, DOT).
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and product quality through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training & Customer Engagement: Train team members on quality procedures and gather customer feedback to drive product excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate and address quality issues with corrective and preventive actions.
• Project Management: Lead continuous improvement projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 1–3 years in quality assurance, manufacturing, or process improvement
• Knowledge of quality methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, IPO, TPS)
• Strong data analysis and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational technology platforms
