Our client, the premier association representing investor-owned electric companies, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a four-week temporary assignment to assist with the digitization and organization of personnel files. This is an on-site project aimed at preparing records for archiving with Iron Mountain.
salary: $23 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Digitize, organize, and archive personnel files accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and scan documents for electronic storage.
• Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols during file handling.
• Update and maintain records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), such as Paycom.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline the archiving process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with personnel files, including scanning, organizing, and archiving.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom) is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
