A small, independently owned orthopedic practice, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Tech to join our team.

This role is primarily focused on taking X-rays for our high-volume, fast-paced clinic. When X-rays are not needed, the position will involve minimal administrative tasks, such as answering phones and potentially scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-rays in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure proper positioning and quality imaging for physician review.
• Assist with minimal administrative tasks, including answering phones and scheduling appointments, when X-rays are not required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the X-ray equipment and work area.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an X-Ray Tech, preferably in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfortable with light administrative duties when needed.
