Clutch is looking for an experienced Account Manager for an agency client of ours.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and contributing to the development of innovative marketing campaigns. Please note, this is NOT a sales Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and open communication.
o Serve as the primary client contact, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
o Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Project Management:
o Lead the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
o Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
o Brief the creative team with clear direction, actionable feedback, and necessary resources.
o Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address any issues.
• Strategic Planning:
o Contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
• Production Coordination:
o Collaborate with the creative team and external vendors on photo and video shoots.
o Manage logistics, schedules, and budgets for all production activities.
o Ensure the smooth and successful execution of all production elements.
• Client Presentations:
o Develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate campaign strategies, creative concepts, and project results.
o Confidently lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
• Team Collaboration:
o Actively participate as a member of the team, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in account management or project management, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing, branding, and/or web design.
• Experience in the CPG or Spirits industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with experiential/event planning and production coordination is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
