• Patient Education : Educate patients and family members on home exercises, safety, and techniques to prevent injury and enhance overall well-being.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
• Progress Monitoring : Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy program, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve patient goals.
