Customer Care Specialist (San Antonio, TX)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This hybrid position is perfect for candidates with strong customer service and call center experience who thrive in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by placing new orders, providing order status updates, and answering product availability inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to deliver exceptional service.
- Review and resolve customer order and account issues.
- Provide detailed and accurate order information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Details
- Training Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday).
- Work Schedule (Post-Training): Assigned 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CST.
- Work Format: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day virtual).
- Start Date: January 27, 2025.
- Interviews Begin: January 15, 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive call center customer service experience is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
