*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of settings, including teaching hospitals, outpatient care, and critical care environments. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting registered nurses and physicians, and ensuring the well-being of patients across different age groups, including toddlers.

*Duties*
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
* Assist with triage and case management for patients in various settings, including emergency medicine and outpatient services.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

*Qualifications*
* Current LPN license in good standing.
* Experience in Long Term Care LTC is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient assessments.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
* Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
* Previous experience in emergency medicine or outpatient settings is a plus.
* Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
