Solarity Credit Union is seeking a fulltime IT Application and Development Manager in our IT department.
This will be a remote position for applicants within a 4-hour radius from Yakima County, to include Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Bellingham, Coeur d'Alene, Bend, Moscow Idaho, Walla Walla, and Spokane.
This will be an onsite position at our North 5th Branch in Yakima for Yakima County residents.
As the IT Application and Development Manager, you will manage an agile technology process at Solarity that creates simple and effective experiences for our staff and members. The perfect candidate will be passionate about leading coaching the Application and Development teams with a focus on the rapid delivery of best-in-class micro-services.

A Day in the life of an IT Application and Development Manager...
Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like:
Start the morning in an informal huddle with your team to identify user stories they will focus on and any collaboration required.
Take time to review code with the team and talk about how it will impact members.
Partner with leadership on execution of Strategic Plan.
Go to lunch with the team and discuss your weekend (in-person or virtual).
Attend a team huddle to discuss key accomplishments, roadblocks and required collaboration.
Spend a few minutes to conduct an informal demo of your enhancement with the team before heading home for the evening.
The top candidate will have...
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, or relevant experience
3 or more years of managing technical resources.
Experience in banking industry.
Experience leading and coaching a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with API's.

Annual Salary range: $106,937 - $167,077
