Requirements:

Resume (Minimum 1 year of long-term care, Rehabilitation experience).

Skills checklist

Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).

2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years

Driver's license

Covid Card

Flu shot.

Accepting North Carolina RN license
