*What You'll Do:*
* Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
* Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
* Ensure comfort and dignity for patients during their end-of-life journey.
* Work 30 hours per week .... get paid for 36 hours per week, creating a great work/life balance

*What You’ll Bring:*
* Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
* ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
* Current CPR card required.
* One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
* A reliable car with insurance.
