IECP is currently hiring full time Behaviorists located for schools throughout the San Fernando Valley.

*Requirements for the position of Behavior Therapist at IECP include:*
* Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
* A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
* Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
* Bachelors Degree in a related field *(preferred but NOT required),* TB Clearance, and Live Scan Clearance.
* *COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position as of 10/1/23. *

Hourly wage for Behavioral Therapist jobs at IECP range from $20.00 - $28.50/hour*. Max starting pay is $24.00/hour*, depending on your previous education and experience. Opportunities for annual increases in pay, based on completion and competency in company provided training.
