*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in various settings including hospitals and long-term care facilities. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting with their physical examinations, and supporting discharge planning processes.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Assist with discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the hospital.
* Provide care for patients with various ailments, including those requiring infectious disease management.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
* Provide infant care and support for new parents as needed.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Educate patients and families on health management, anatomy knowledge, and post-discharge care.

*Requirements*
* Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
* Experience in a hospital setting or long-term care facility preferred.
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions.
* Familiarity with discharge planning processes and patient education techniques.
* Ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations, including infants.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice.
