*Responsibilities of a RN Unit Manager:*

* Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
* Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
* Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

*Qualifications for a RN Unit Manager*:

* Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
* Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
* One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
