*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations, demonstrating expertise in emergency medicine and acute care. This role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*
* Assess and triage patients in the emergency department, prioritizing care based on severity of conditions.
* Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories to inform treatment plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including acute pain management interventions.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Conduct specimen collection processing and manage medical records accurately.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques when necessary to assist in diagnosis.
* Participate in critical care transport as needed for patient transfers.
* Ensure adherence to sterile processing protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients.
* Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and post-discharge care.

*Experience*
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in emergency medicine or critical care settings is preferred.
* Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of internal medicine principles.
* Experience with medical records management and compliance standards.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and teamwork.

Pay: $2,547.00 - $2,723.00 per week
