Description
The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for the following:
  • Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments while maintaining proper internal controls.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by managing and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and effectively delegating tasks to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Assist in month-end close activities, including preparing, analyzing, and reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or IFS, including configuring accounts payable modules and generating financial reports.
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving disputes effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor accounts payable policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Actively promote a positive company culture by encouraging teamwork, maintaining open communication, and aligning team activities with organizational values and goals.
